Tammy Pace, RN CEO
Tammy Pace has served as CEO of Allegiance Specialty Hospital of Little Rock since October 2007. She is a Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an ER and Critical Care emphasis. Her experience includes five years in hospital administration, seven years as a clinical consultant for Critical Access Hospitals, Acute Care Hospitals in Arkansas and Louisiana, and five years as director of an emergency department, outpatient clinics, and ambulance services.
Brenda Debose, RN
Director of Clinical Services
Allegiance is proud to welcome Brenda Debose, RN as the new Director of Clinical Services. Brenda joined the Allegiance family in 2007 serving as charge nurse. She is a graduate of Baptist School of Nursing and has several years of critical care nursing experience. Prior to beginning her nursing career, Brenda served in the United States Army field of Criminal Justice for six years. In her few months as director, positive patient comments have flooded in. Some include: “Brenda was wonderful. She was quick to address any issues that we had as if we were her number one concern. She even rode with me on two long ambulance transfers. She really cares and it shows.”
