Allegiance Specialty Hospital of Little Rock is a 40 bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) specializing in extended hospital stays (25 day average) for the medically complex. Patients too ill for discharge to a nursing facility or their homes require specialized programs and intensive nursing for optimal recovery. For such patients, Allegiance provides outstanding long term acute care tailored to their needs. Our unique continuum of care allows our patients to reach maximum recovery with a length of stay that is right for them. Allegiance Specialty Hospital is located on the 2nd Floor of the Baptist Southwest Campus at 11401 Interstate 30 (Exit 128) in Little Rock.
Patients may be admitted from a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and wound healing centers. Allegiance accepts Medicare, Medicare HMO's, and most commercial insurance.
